Occupational health and safety specialist

As the company develops, we are looking for candidates for the position of: Occupational health and safety specialist.

Duties:• Analysis of the safety status in the company, working conditions and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and principles;
• Initiating and implementing actions to improve work safety;
• Conducting training and internal audits in the area of ​​occupational health and safety;
• Taking care of the development of culture and popularization of safety in the company;
• Preparing and supervising occupational health and safety documentation resulting from legal regulations and the company's internal needs;
• Updating and preparing occupational risk assessments for new and existing job positions;
• Determining the circumstances and causes of accidents at work, developing documentation and conclusions resulting from the examination of the causes and circumstances of these accidents;
• Representing the company in contacts with state institutions.

Requirements:• Higher education in a specific field or postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety;
• Fire protection inspector course;
• Experience in the production plant;
• Independence in carrying out tasks, accuracy and reliability;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a production plant in a similar position;
• Commitment to work;
• Independence and initiative in action;
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Good organization of working time.
